• Work with an ICF-certified coach who has the highest credentials
• Come to a powerful coaching agreement with your coach through a three-step process 
• Play an active role in establishing your coaching objectives and applying these in your practice
• Customize your coaching program based on your need, schedule, and desired coaching goals
